2013 Registration Information
The NYC Seminar is open to all undergraduate students of the University of Texas at Austin. The Seminar can accommodate up to 105 participants, 15 students per industry group – group assignments are based on a first–come, first–served basis.
Registration Fee
The NYC Seminar basic registration fee will be $495, based on quadruple occupancy, with a $45.00 early registration discount for students who register before January 18, 2013. Below are your registration options (fees are on a per person basis):

Hotel rooms are equipped with two double beds. Seminar organizers will assign individuals to rooms unless specific roommates are requested at the time of registration. We will do our best to honor roommate requests, but they are not guaranteed – no coed room requests, please. Double occupancy rooms are available only if requested by two people.
Payment Info
A $100 program deposit is due upon registration (refundable until 12/15). This $100 will be applied against the total cost of your Seminar registration fee. After 12/15, this deposit becomes Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
All students must notify Michael Schott and Neel Gupta by February 15th if they decide not to attend the seminar, or they will be held responsible for full payment regardless of attendance.
Registrations received above attendance limits and/or received after February 15th will be wait–listed and accepted in the order they are received and in accordance with space availability.
FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 15, 2013. ANY REGISTRANTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 15, 2013 WILL HAVE THEIR REGISTRATION CANCELLED.
