NYC Seminar participants are responsible for arranging travel to and from New York City as well as airport transfers. The following are suggestions to simplify your travel arrangements:
Flights to New York City

Airports & Airport Transfers
New York is serviced by three main airports: LaGuardia (8 miles from Midtown Manhattan), JFK International (15 miles from Midtown Manhattan) and Newark Liberty International (in Newark, NJ – 14 miles from Midtown Manhattan). The Hudson Hotel is located at 356 West 58th Street New York, NY 10019 (between 8th and 9th Ave) near Columbus Circle.
From LaGuardia Airport to Hudson Hotel (10 miles)
Transportation options from the airport (http://www.panynj.gov/airports/lga-ground-transportation.html):
Taxi Service: approximately $30-$45 one way (taking 59th Street bridge, no tolls)
Shuttle Service: to Port Authority Bus Terminal then a taxi or the subway to the hotel – approximately $16 one way per person
From JFK Airport to Hudson Hotel (20 miles)

Taxi Service: approximately $52 one way + tips & tolls
Shuttle Service: to Port Authority Bus Terminal then subway or a taxi to the hotel – approximately $18 one way per person
From Newark Liberty International Airport to Hudson Hotel (18 miles)

Taxi Service: approximately $65 one way + tips & tolls (car service may be cheaper b/c of pickup/dropoff laws for out-of-state cabs)
Shuttle Service: to Port Authority Bus Terminal then a taxi to the hotel – approximately $18 one way per person
